Subsequently, Liu Shuaihao, Deputy Director of the Lean Management Department; Cao Zhengting, Deputy Director of the Quality Department; and Yu Yunlong, Director of the Information Department, each delivered statements addressing on‑site management, quality control, and MES system upgrades, outlining concrete measures to be implemented across multiple fronts, such as standardizing processes, upgrading equipment, enhancing system functionality, and fostering employee competencies.


As the head of the “main hub” for this support initiative, Director Jia Junming of the Final Assembly Workshop stated that all workshop employees will wholeheartedly respond to the company’s call, turning each support measure into a practical guide. He added that this campaign will serve as an opportunity to enhance their capabilities and inject sustained momentum into the workshop’s ongoing development.

During the accountability agreement signing ceremony, the heads of the three key areas—site management, quality improvement, and the MES system—signed a “military‑style commitment” with the head of the final assembly workshop, clearly defining objectives and reinforcing accountability.

At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Chen issued key directives. He emphasized that the final‑assembly workshop is a core link in the company’s production chain, and that this round of support represents a pivotal move in the company’s strategic vision of “simultaneous development of commercial and passenger vehicles, driven by two engines.” It is also essential to the company’s efforts to elevate its brand, expand its market presence, and carry out an internal transformation.
