Summary: To comprehensively implement the Party Committee of Tri-Ring Group’s plans for building a clean and honest government and combating corruption, strengthen the follow-up work on inspection rectifications, enhance awareness of the “dual responsibility” system for each position, and earnestly fulfill the “two responsibilities,” the company recently carried out the signing of 2016 accountability agreements on Party conduct and integrity.
To fully implement the Party Committee of Tri-Ring Group’s plans for building a sound work style and combating corruption, strengthen the follow-up on inspection rectifications, enhance awareness of the “dual responsibility” system, and earnestly fulfill the “two responsibilities,” the company recently carried out the signing of 2016 accountability agreements on building a sound work style and upholding integrity.
At the Party‑Mass Work Conference, Chang Dingjun, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager, signed the Accountability Agreements on Party Conduct and Integrity Building with the secretaries of all branch Party committees. In turn, the branch secretaries and heads of departments also signed similar agreements. By formalizing these commitments, the principle of “dual responsibility for each post” was firmly established, ensuring that the company’s “two responsibilities” are effectively implemented. This further clarified the duties of each branch Party committee and department head in advancing Party conduct and integrity, helping to foster a sound working environment in which those in charge assume responsibility, hierarchical oversight is strengthened at every level, and implementation is rigorously enforced across all tiers.
