　　The attending suppliers first participated in the company’s presentation of lean management achievements and its demonstration of laboratory capabilities, followed by a joint session with the Quality Department to discuss next year’s failure mode analysis. At the special symposium on information‑based management, Comrade Liang Xiaohong, Assistant to the General Manager, delivered a dedicated report on the company’s information‑management efforts.

　　Comrade Qin Lili, Assistant to the General Manager, thoroughly summarized the 2014 procurement performance and identified existing issues, and outlined a detailed plan for procurement activities in 2015. Comrade Yu Hanhong, Deputy Chief Engineer, presented reports on new project development and supplier quality management. Comrade Zhang Jun, Chairman of the company, delivered a speech titled “Collaboration and Continuous Improvement for Shared Development,” in which he provided a systematic review of the company’s 2014 achievements, laid out a comprehensive vision for future growth, and set forth specific requirements for procurement operations.
