Summary: To enhance employees’ lean‑thinking mindset, strengthen the team’s combat effectiveness and execution capabilities, establish a lean‑production management system, and improve production efficiency, the company organized a lean‑training workshop and team‑building activity for all members of the production department on July 12.
To enhance employees’ lean‑thinking mindset, strengthen the team’s combat effectiveness and execution capabilities, establish a lean‑production management system, and improve production efficiency, the company organized a lean‑training workshop and team‑building activity for all members of the production department on July 12.
The team-building activities divided the production‑line staff into nine groups, which then competed in five challenges: “Invincible Wind and Fire Wheel,” “Unfalling Forest,” “Passing the Ball Across a Thousand Miles,” “Airdrop Supplies,” “Advance and Retreat Together,” and “Hugs of Love.” These exercises tested both the teams’ intellectual acumen and their ability to work in harmony, yet our employees demonstrated exceptional collaboration and creativity. At the conclusion of the games, everyone gathered in a circle and loudly proclaimed, “We are one family!” The bonds among teammates had transformed from those of coworkers sharing the same workspace into an inseparable familial connection. Finally, participants eagerly took to the stage to share their reflections on the event. Comrade Yang Guanghui, the overall commander, provided a thoughtful summary and evaluation of the entire program.
Through this lean‑thinking team‑building activity, employees gained a deeper understanding of their own potential, boosted their self‑confidence, and came to appreciate that effective methods and innovation are the keys to success. They also learned to handle pressure and challenges with composure, strengthened their spirit of exploration and sense of innovation, and improved their ability to communicate and collaborate with others.
