To enhance the company’s quality management capabilities and foster a stronger quality awareness among employees, the company launched a Quality Month campaign in September, themed “Ensure Quality and Quantity, Reduce Costs and Boost Efficiency,” which yielded significant results.

The company established a leading task force and, in accordance with the Q1 MSA standards, conducted a diagnostic assessment of its quality management system, refined relevant documentation, and strengthened the enforcement of procedures. It also organized training on process‑related failure modes and provided SPC and TPM training for process engineers, quality managers, and production operators. Comprehensive process audits were carried out across all workshops, identifying 37 areas for improvement and enhancing overall manufacturing process capabilities. In response to quality issues, the company promptly implemented 25 QRQC initiatives, 10 of which have resulted in permanent corrective measures, thereby building valuable experience and preventing recurrence. Additionally, the company launched a “Three Unifications” program, aligning suppliers’ testing standards, methods, and tools with those of the company through benchmarking, thus elevating the quality management levels of both parties.

We have refined our after-sales problem‑resolution mechanism by establishing the “After‑Sales Analysis Work Standards” and the “Management Measures for the Transmission, Collection, Analysis, and Handling of Quality Information (Data).” We now initiate and resolve monthly after-sales issues, steadily enhancing customer service. In addition, we have created a “Historical Issues Database,” which serves as a company‑wide quality information and data center, ensuring timely maintenance, long-term preservation, and the accumulation of organizational knowledge, thereby further improving our quality information management system.
