　　Recently, the company organized a special study session on the Regulations on Accountability of the Communist Party of China for its mid‑ and senior‑level managers. Comrade Yi Mingyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Chairman of the Trade Union, provided an interpretation of the Regulations. Comrade Chang Dingjun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager, set forth clear expectations for all mid‑ and senior‑level managers, emphasizing that “power entails responsibility, and responsibility demands accountability,” and that loyalty, integrity, and a sense of responsibility are the political standards the Party sets for leading cadres. The Regulations send a strong signal: those who fail to fulfill their duties will be held accountable, and accountability will be enforced rigorously. Party members and cadres must ground themselves in reality, lead by example, dare to tackle tough issues head‑on, and cascade pressure down through every level, making it routine to hold those who neglect their responsibilities to account. They should also serve as role models, consciously regulating their words and actions in accordance with Party rules and discipline, and becoming faithful enforcers and staunch defenders of these norms. As long as we shoulder our responsibilities, there is no challenge we cannot overcome.
