On the morning of January 12, Tri-Ring Clutch Company The 2023 Annual Work Conference was held. Tieliu Co., Ltd. General Manager and Party Secretary Cen Weifeng delivered the company’s annual work report, reviewing the efforts and achievements of all cadres and employees in 2022 amid recurring COVID‑19 outbreaks and a deteriorating economic environment, and outlining the key priorities for 2023. General Manager Cen stated, “Though the road is long, perseverance will bring us to our destination; though the task is difficult, determination will ensure success.” We encourage everyone to seize opportunities, address their weaknesses, and achieve outstanding results in the new year.

At the meeting, the Group and the company solemnly honored outstanding collectives, exemplary producers (workers), advanced lean‑improvement teams and individuals, as well as employees who have received district‑level and city‑level awards. Leaders of the Group and the company presented trophies, certificates, and monetary bonuses to the distinguished collectives and individuals.

Fang Jian, Deputy General Manager of Tieliu, read out the Group’s personnel appointment document and urged the company to unite all forces that can be united in the new year, striving to boost its business performance.

The company’s newly appointed General Manager, Chen Xuhong, stated that he will earnestly implement the group’s overall development strategy—“mitigating risks, capturing market share, and strengthening internal capabilities”—by working diligently, tackling tough challenges, continuously expanding market share, enhancing profitability, and elevating the quality and performance of the enterprise.

Finally, Chairman Guo Ning outlined Tieliu Shares’ strategic roadmap, reported on the operating performance of each subsidiary, and set clear directions for the company’s market and customer management, channel development, and other key areas. He also laid out specific requirements for aligning technology, production, quality, and management systems with market needs and customer expectations, and provided guidance on how to invigorate organizational vitality. Chairman Guo urged that, in the year ahead, the company should remain committed to the principle of “market‑driven excellence and creating value for customers,” live up to its past achievements, face the future with confidence, and redouble its efforts to recapture its former glory.
