        On July 13, Huibei Tri-Ring Clutch Co., Ltd held its 2024 mid-year work conference, which was attended by all mid- and senior-level managers of the company. Fang Jian, Executive Deputy General Manager of Tieliu Co., Ltd., also attended the meeting. The conference was chaired by Yi Mingyan, the company’s Deputy General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

At the meeting, the three responsible leaders—Xiang Yanguo, Zhang Xiuyuan, and Zhang Bo—successively presented reports on the progress of the first-half-year work in the OEM market, the aftermarket, and the R&D system, as well as the plans for the third quarter.

General Manager Chen Xuhong delivered the company’s mid-year work report on behalf of the organization. He presented the company’s first-half operating performance, key achievements, and progress on priority projects, while also identifying persistent pain points and challenging issues. From both strategic and tactical perspectives, he laid out detailed plans and arrangements for the second half of the year, covering areas such as enhancing product competitiveness, strengthening market presence, securing and advancing new projects, elevating the brand, tackling longstanding quality‑related challenges, implementing just‑in‑time production and achieving dual reductions in costs and lead times, upgrading and智能化izing production lines, refining management practices, and leveraging corporate culture to drive value. He noted that in the first half of 2024, the company achieved “more than half” of its major business targets and posted solid year‑on‑year growth. Furthermore, being recognized as a “National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise” and receiving the “Hubei Boutique” designation significantly bolstered the company’s brand image—achievements inseparable from the concerted efforts of all managers and employees who have tapped into untapped potential, honed internal capabilities, pursued continuous innovation, and worked together with determination. Nevertheless, amid a challenging industry landscape and mounting market pressures, we must remain vigilant. In the second half of the year, the company will adopt the guiding principles of “Phoenix Rebirth, Brand Elevation, Cultural Empowerment, and Transformational Breakthroughs,” maintaining steadfast resolve while demonstrating bold initiative, a proactive mindset, a competitive spirit, and unwavering courage, thereby ensuring the successful attainment of our full‑year 2024 business objectives.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Fang Jian, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group, reported on and shared the operating performance and key achievements of the Transmission Division at Tieliu Headquarters for the first half of 2024. Mr. Fang fully commended Tri-Ring Clutch Co., Ltd. for its outstanding results in the first half of the year, expressed strong support for the company’s strategic direction for the second half, and set forth specific requirements regarding the advancement of priority projects, the achievement of targets, and team management. He encouraged all colleagues, under the leadership of President Chen, to seize market opportunities, boldly meet challenges, continuously push beyond their limits, and reach new heights.
