Summary:

To commemorate the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the company’s Party Committee organized all Party members and cadres to visit the Martyrs’ Cemetery in Luotian County on July 2–3, conducting a revolutionary‑tradition education activity titled “Presenting Gifts to the 20th National Congress, Striving for New Achievements.”

All Party members and cadres entered the solemn Martyrs’ Cemetery, hiked to the People’s Heroes Monument at the summit, laid wreaths in tribute to the revolutionary martyrs, and held a solemn ceremony for new Party members to take their oath of admission and for all Party members to reaffirm their vows.

At the Martyrs’ Cemetery Exhibition Hall and Memorial Hall, visitors reviewed the revolutionary struggle of the Dabie Mountain old‑base area by examining documents, photographs, and statues, commemorating the heroic deeds of the martyrs who bravely gave their lives and shed their blood for the revolution, and deeply understanding the Dabie Mountain Spirit: “Uphold our convictions and remain loyal to the Party; carry forward the cause, unafraid of sacrifice; rely on the masses and share both joys and hardships; keep the bigger picture in mind and dare to shoulder responsibility.”

Subsequently, a conference was held to celebrate the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, recognize outstanding individuals on July 1, and present reports on Party-member-led project initiatives. The meeting was chaired by Yi Mingyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager.

At the meeting, awards and commendations were presented to the Party branches recognized as “Red Flag” at the city level, to the city’s “Outstanding Communist Youth League Members,” and to the company’s advanced Party branches and outstanding Communist Party members for the 2021–2022 period.

The newly admitted probationary Party members each delivered solemn statements, pledging to hold themselves to even higher standards in their future work, keep their mission firmly in mind, perform their duties conscientiously, and strive to be pioneers.

The nine Party-member representatives selected by each branch reported to the conference on the progress of the 2022 Party-member project‑driven initiatives.

Comrade Cen Weifeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, delivered a keynote address at the conference, outlining three key requirements: First, we must carry forward the great spirit of Party building, ensuring that Party members and cadres consistently set exemplary standards in all aspects of our work—guided by customer needs, driven by tackling critical projects, and demonstrating proactive dedication and initiative. Second, we must uphold the company’s vision, mission, and core values, embracing the principles of pragmatism and innovation as we advance the company’s growth and expansion, thereby realizing personal fulfillment. Third, we must strictly adhere to the Group’s current nine-character guiding principle—“prevent risks, seize markets, strengthen internal capabilities”—to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s execution plan: “set clear goals, monitor progress, and deliver results.”

Finally, General Manager Cen led all Party members and cadres in a collective pledge to spare no effort in achieving the year’s production and business objectives.

This “July 1” event has further strengthened the sense of responsibility and mission among the company’s Party members and cadres. Participants unanimously pledged to live up to the organization’s high expectations, remain firmly committed to their duties and responsibilities, continue to take the lead in their respective roles, set exemplary standards, and drive others forward, thereby delivering concrete results and contributing to the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
