Attendees included representatives from the Group’s Lean Management Office, as well as Company Assistant General Manager Liang, and colleagues from Tri-Ring Electrical Appliances, Tri-Ring Industrial Plastics, Tri-Ring Hanqi, Tri-Ring Forging & Pressing, Tri-Ring Foundry, Tri-Ring Steering Gear, and Mahle.

　　To promote the implementation of strategic management and enhance communication among enterprises, on September 11, the Lean Management Office of Tri-Ring Group convened a strategic‑management exchange meeting at our company. Attendees included representatives from the Group’s Lean Management Office, as well as Company Assistant General Manager Liang, and heads responsible for strategic management from affiliated units such as Tri-Ring Electrical Appliances, Tri-Ring Industrial Plastics, Tri-Ring Hanqi, Tri-Ring Forging & Pressing, Tri-Ring Foundry, Tri-Ring Steering Gear, and Mahle–Tri-Ring Valves. Liu Songlin, Deputy Director of the company’s Lean Management Department, presented an update on the progress of strategic‑management initiatives at the Clutch Company. Meanwhile, the heads of the Final Assembly Workshop and the Tooling Workshop each outlined their respective workshops’ implementation efforts and key distinguishing features. Representatives from the various sister units shared their insights, noting that the Clutch Company has adopted unique approaches and consistently delivered notable results in advancing lean management, with many methods and lessons worthy of emulation and study. Following the meeting, all participants toured the company’s production facilities and product laboratories.
