Summary: On December 11–12, 2020, the Foton Motor Group’s 2021 Global Partner Conference was grandly held in the ancient capital of Xi’an. The conference theme was “Technology-Driven, Strategic Trust, Innovative Win-Win, and Steady Quality Progress,” and more than 800 representatives from Foton Motor’s dealerships and service providers attended.
The golden ox heralds an early spring, and businesses are bustling with activity. Even as the festive spirit of the New Year lingers, Tri-Ring Clutch Company has already ramped up production, with employees working at full throttle to ensure timely deliveries, creating a scene of intense activity throughout the workshops. With both sales and production thriving, staff in the heat‑treatment workshop remained on duty throughout the Spring Festival, maintaining continuous operations without a single day’s downtime, while the manufacturing system began operating at full capacity on the fourth day of the Lunar New Year.
On the seventh day of the first lunar month—the official start of work—the company erupted in a chorus of firecrackers and fireworks, as all its leaders gathered at the entrance to welcome employees back and extend their New Year’s greetings. The company also handed out red envelopes to every staff member, sparking tremendous enthusiasm and helping everyone swiftly transition from holiday mode to full‑throttle work, determined to secure a strong start to the new year.
