On September 26, the inaugural “Huangshi Craftsman Cup” Electronic Vocational Skills Competition and the fourth Skills Contest of the Development Zone and Tieshan District were held with great fanfare. Li Jianjun from the Parts Workshop and Xu Wenxiang from the Final Assembly Workshop took second and third place, respectively, in the forklift operator category. With their exceptional technical expertise and professional dedication, they epitomized the craftsman spirit of “striving for perfection and pursuing excellence,” showcasing the very best of artisanal excellence.
In this year’s craftsman competition, the company sent nine employees to compete in three trades: forklift operator, mold maker, and maintenance electrician. Despite the tight schedule, all participants showcased their best skills, meticulously completing each task required by the competition and demonstrating exceptional expertise. Other contestants also achieved commendable results: Zhang Xinping from the Equipment Department placed fifth in the maintenance electrician category, Zhang Jun finished tenth, and Chen Yubin from the Mold Workshop took tenth place in the mold‑making contest.
