On January 22, Tri-Ring Clutch Co., Ltd. held a grand annual work conference for 2025. More than 140 attendees—including the company’s mid- and senior-level management, representatives from the sales and technical teams, department heads, frontline team leaders and above, as well as award recipients—participated in the event. Guo Ning, Chairman of Tieliu Co., Ltd., and Fang Jian, Executive Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

Comrade Chen Xuhong, General Manager and Party Secretary of the company, delivered a comprehensive and incisive work report under the theme “Upholding Tradition While Embracing Innovation, Pursuing Both Commercial and Industrial Growth, Driving with Dual Engines, and Thriving in the Light.” The report highlighted that, in 2024, the company remained firmly aligned with its “Brand Upgrading” strategy, achieving breakthroughs across multiple technological fronts and significantly strengthening product competitiveness; boldly expanding into new markets, resulting in a marked increase in market share; and relentlessly advancing refined management, yielding remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency gains. Meanwhile, cultural empowerment has fostered unity and cohesion, further boosting team morale and determination. Despite numerous challenges, the company’s key performance indicators bucked the trend, posting robust growth across the board. Comrade Chen emphasized that, to ensure the successful completion of the targets set by the Group in 2025, all levels of the organization must steadfastly prioritize the “Brand Upgrading” agenda, maintain strategic resolve, and continue to place customers at the center of our efforts. The sales function should focus on winning customer trust, the technology team on pioneering new market segments, the manufacturing division on producing premium-quality products, and the management system on enhancing operational efficiency—thereby comprehensively elevating corporate competitiveness and propelling business performance to new heights.

Fang Jian, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group, highlighted the key operational achievements of Tieliu Headquarters in 2024, setting higher standards for the company in areas such as priority projects, key clients, and brand development. He urged all employees to remain humble and diligent, reject complacency, and embrace new challenges with a proactive and enterprising spirit. In addition, Mr. Fang announced the Group’s personnel appointment and dismissal decisions, expressing his hope that the newly appointed leaders would live up to the company’s trust and expectations, shoulder their responsibilities boldly in their new roles, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

In his address, Chairman Guo Ning highly commended the company’s outstanding achievements amid a complex external environment and intense industry competition. From a high‑level management perspective and in light of current industry trends, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the company across three key dimensions—“challenges, focus, and market”—while raising the bar for the management team’s forecasting and decision‑making capabilities, as well as for the execution prowess of all cadres and employees. Chairman Guo also pledged to further increase investment in product R&D, intelligent manufacturing, and other strategic areas, thereby continuously injecting strong momentum into the company’s innovative development.

 

At the meeting, three “Advanced Collectives” of the Group and the company, along with 20 “Outstanding Individuals,” were commended.

In 2025, all members of the clutch industry will remain firmly focused on the Group’s established strategic objectives, upholding a spirit of innovation and renewal, and summoning the determination and courage of a phoenix rising from the ashes to confidently navigate difficulties and challenges.
