　　To enrich employees’ cultural lives and foster a spirit of teamwork, perseverance, and ambition, the company organized a New Year’s Day mountain‑climbing and treasure‑hunting event on December 31, 2017, welcoming the new year through fitness and outdoor adventure. Nearly 500 employees signed up for the climb; led by department heads, they lined up in an orderly fashion, full of energy, as they made their way toward the towering, undulating summit of Yangxin Fuzi Mountain. Along the route, they marveled at the picturesque scenery and enjoyed lively conversation. At the designated treasure‑hunting area, quick‑witted, agile, and resourceful employees were the first to uncover the “treasure,” and after diligent searching, nearly 50 participants claimed their rewards. Amid laughter and cheerful chatter, everyone set off on the return journey, thoroughly satisfied.

　　In December 2016, all company employees worked overtime and collaborated closely to boost production, achieving a monthly output value exceeding RMB 37 million and setting a new record. This mountain-climbing event not only helped relieve work-related stress and reinvigorate everyone for the new year but also enriched employees’ leisure and cultural life, fostered greater communication and teamwork, and strengthened the company’s sense of unity.
