2023
The TC steam‑transformer project has gone live; the “Tri-Ring Intelligent Foundry” has been commissioned.
“Zhejiang Tieliu Clutch Co., Ltd.” has officially changed its name to “Tieliu Co., Ltd.”
2022
It has been awarded the titles of “Smart Factory” under Hangzhou’s Future Factory initiative, “Provincial Key Enterprise Research Institute,” and “National Green Factory”; Geiger’s new Hangzhou plant has been put into operation.
The “Zhongpei Platform” and online model of Yuntong Guolian have been officially launched.
2021
Benben Intelligent Manufacturing (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established;
the company acquired Guangzhou Yuntong Sifang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Fujian Guolian Auto Parts Co., Ltd.;
Two product series under “Tieliu Shares” have been awarded the “Made in Zhejiang” certification mark and the Hangzhou Municipal Government Quality Award.

The European branch has relocated to a new headquarters;
Tri-Ring has moved to a new factory;
Geiger’s core component production project for new-energy vehicles has officially been established in Linping.

Acquired the German company Geiger;
Successfully acquired Huibei Tri-Ring Clutch Co., Ltd
2017
Tieliu Co., Ltd. (stock code 603926) has successfully been listed on the Main Board.
The Xingguo Road plant has officially commenced production.
2016
The “Tieliu” brand has been recognized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce as a “Well-Known Trademark of China.”
2015
The 100-millionth clutch has officially rolled off the production line.
The “CCS 2015 China Clutch Summit Forum” was successfully held.
Tieliu has successfully entered the agricultural machinery market, launching a groundbreaking line of clutches for farm equipment.
2014
Tieliu’s mid-to-high-end commercial vehicle clutch makes a stunning new debut—brand: DELSAH.
2009
Hangzhou Xihu Components Group restructured its equity and established Zhejiang Tieliu Clutch Co., Ltd., initiating plans for an IPO.
2005
Established a Belgian subsidiary;
The testing center has been accredited with national-level laboratory status in China.

Establish the Hangzhou West Lake Automotive Components Group.

The enterprise restructuring was successfully completed, and the Tieliu trademark application was approved.

Xihu Clutch Company achieved an output value of RMB 18.08 million and was recognized as a provincial-level Class-A credit enterprise.
