In the afternoon, the company held a symposium for its sales and technical teams. General Manager Guo listened carefully to work reports from both sales and technical personnel. He emphasized that technical staff should think creatively and boldly put their ideas into practice, providing reliable technical support to the market; meanwhile, sales representatives must maintain a clear strategic vision, deepen their engagement in the market, and deliver high‑quality brand‑focused services to customers. Furthermore, he urged close collaboration and seamless coordination between the technical and sales teams, leveraging the “iron army” spirit to secure decisive victories in driving performance.

Subsequently, the company convened its 2022 Mid-Year Work Conference, which was attended by mid-level and senior management personnel.

General Manager Cen Weifeng summarized and analyzed the company’s performance in the first half of the year, identified existing problems and shortcomings, and outlined the objectives and strategic direction for the second half.
