Summary: On the afternoon of January 12, the company held its 2022 Annual Work Conference in the third-floor conference room. Zhang Zhilin, Chairman of Tieliu Co., Ltd., and Vice General Manager Fang Jian attended the meeting, which was also attended by the company’s mid- and senior-level management as well as the recognized outstanding teams and individuals.
On the afternoon of January 12, the company held its 2022 Annual Work Conference in the third-floor conference room. Zhang Zhilin, Chairman of Tieliu Co., Ltd., and Vice General Manager Fang Jian attended the meeting, which was also attended by the company’s mid- and senior-level management as well as the recognized outstanding teams and individuals.
At the meeting, company executives summarized and analyzed the 2021 performance of the four business segments—sales, technology, production, and management—and outlined the objectives and strategic direction for 2022.
General Manager Cen Weifeng delivered the annual comprehensive report, which reviewed the company’s performance over the past year, candidly identified existing shortcomings and areas for improvement, and set forth the company’s strategic goals and development objectives for 2022.
The conference honored the Group’s and the company’s outstanding collectives and individuals for 2021, with three exemplary teams and 21 distinguished individuals receiving awards from the Group’s and the company’s leadership.
Fang Jian, Deputy General Manager of Tieliu Co., Ltd., reported on the company’s operational and developmental performance in 2021, commended its achievements over the past year, and set forth clear directives for 2022 regarding market preservation, claims management, and talent development.
Finally, Chairman Zhang Zhilin delivered an important address. In his remarks, Chairman Zhang offered guidance on how to effectively navigate market competition and refine the company’s talent selection and appointment mechanisms, thereby clarifying our strategic thinking and charting a clear course for the company’s next phase of work.
In 2022, the company’s employees will continue to uphold a spirit of perseverance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive the company’s business performance to new heights.
