    Making the most of our travel time, we organized a quiz on Party history and a singing session featuring revolutionary songs. Participants eagerly vied to take part, blending education with entertainment—serious yet lively—and filling the journey with laughter and cheerful voices.

At the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum, visitors traced the arduous history of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army through texts, photographs, audiovisual materials, group sculptures, and authentic artifacts. Before each image, comrades paused—some gazing intently, others lost in contemplation, still others with tears welling up—deeply moved and profoundly inspired by this glorious chapter of history and the exemplary deeds of the revolutionary pioneers.

    At the solemn and dignified Beishan Martyrs’ Cemetery, we laid wreaths in tribute to the revolutionary martyrs, expressing our condolences and profound respect for all those who sacrificed their lives and shed their blood for the revolutionary cause. We also held a solemn ceremony for new Party members to take the oath of admission and for existing members to reaffirm their vows, and honored the outstanding Party branches and exemplary Communist Party members of the 2020–2021 period.

 

    Comrade Cen Weifeng, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, delivered a brief party lecture on site.

    At the Huangyangjie outpost, the instructor’s vivid account brought to life the famed Battle of Huangyangjie. Participants paid their respects at the Monument to Victory, gaining a profound sense of the heroic spirit of the Jinggangshan soldiers and civilians—undaunted in the face of danger and calmly meeting the enemy—as captured in Chairman Mao’s poem: “From below the mountain, banners are in sight; atop the hill, drums and horns can be heard. Though the enemy encircles us on all sides, we stand firm and unmoved.”

 

    At the Red Army Mint and the Xiaojing Red Army Hospital, visitors not only experience the harsh conditions of the revolutionary base area—marked by shortages of medical supplies and food—but also come to appreciate that these humble institutions laid the groundwork and accumulated invaluable experience for the development of China’s monetary system and its healthcare sector, thereby securing an enduring and pivotal place in history.


 

In Shenshan Village, once known as a “hollow village,” since General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the policy of “targeted poverty alleviation” during his visit to Jinggangshan in 2016, and with the support of the nation’s targeted poverty‑alleviation policies, it has become one of the first villages nationwide to shake off poverty, shedding its label of poverty and emerging as a model village in China’s fight against poverty. Standing today in the beautiful, prosperous Shenshan Village, all Party members and cadres have gained an even deeper understanding of General Secretary Xi’s governing philosophy of “putting the people first.”

    Though the three-day study session was brief, it left a profound impression and inspired all Party members and cadres, profoundly shaking their hearts and cleansing their souls. On July 5, the company’s Party Committee promptly convened a symposium titled “Carry Forward the Jinggang Spirit and Secure Victory in Achieving the Year’s Goals.” At the meeting, twelve representatives—Party members and cadres from various branches—shared their reflections, unanimously expressing that this unforgettable journey had rekindled their passion, deepened their sense of mission and responsibility, and reinforced their resolve to uphold their ideals and convictions. They pledged not to yield to adversity, to keep the Jinggang Mountain spirit firmly in mind, and to lead their colleagues in striving with all their might to help the company achieve its annual objectives.

 

 

    Finally, Comrade Cen Weifeng addressed the gathering, emphasizing that our deliberate visit to commemorate and honor the revolutionary martyrs is intended to transform our profound remembrance and reverence into a spiritual aspiration for upholding the advanced nature of Communist Party members, and to turn it into a powerful driving force for dedication and innovation. Our goal is to ensure that all participants engage in study, reflection, practice, and application, so that the Jinggangshan Spirit may be passed down through our hands. We must inspire the broad ranks of Party members and cadres to remain true to their original aspirations, keep their mission firmly in mind, strengthen their convictions, and courageously shoulder their responsibilities—thus building a contingent of high‑caliber Party members and cadres suited to the new era. In the face of formidable challenges and arduous tasks, we must, like the revolutionary martyrs, fear no difficulties, make no sacrifices, strive tenaciously, and dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly, thereby successfully completing every assignment, providing a solid guarantee for achieving the company’s annual business objectives and for realizing its high‑quality development, and delivering the best possible results.
