　　Zhang Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, delivered a work report titled “Overcoming Difficulties, Striving for Progress, Enhancing Quality and Efficiency, and Working Hard to Usher in a New Phase of Production and Operations.” The Chief Accountant presented a report on the 2014 financial performance and the 2015 budget, which briefly and objectively summarized the company’s business achievements in 2014 and comprehensively outlined specific plans for 2015, focusing on technology, market development, quality, and cost control. The broad body of employee representatives expressed approval of the company’s 2014 operating results and endorsed the 2015 objectives and measures. In addition, attendees heard an explanation of the revised provisions of the Employee Rewards and Punishments Regulations. During the meeting, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Zhang Jun signed with members of the leadership team the 2015 Responsibility Agreements on Party Conduct and Integrity Building and on Operational Objectives, and with the trade union the Collective Labor Contract, the Special Collective Contract on Occupational Safety and Health, and the Special Collective Contract on the Protection of Women Workers’ Special Rights. The conference also recognized and commended the advanced collectives and outstanding producers (workers) of 2014, as well as the individuals who excelled in the “Tri-Ring Cup” 100-Day Labor Competition.
