To further promote standardization of workshop production operations and enhance the quality management system, the company convened the 2022 Manufacturing System Production Process Quality Improvement Kick-off Meeting on the afternoon of February 24. The meeting was attended by team leaders and above, as well as technical and equipment personnel.
The Head of the Quality Department and the directors of each workshop took to the stage to present their respective departmental quality‑improvement plans. Drawing on their functional responsibilities, they set specific objectives, outlined concrete measures, and mapped out implementation schedules, covering areas such as quality control and the production‑manufacturing process. By leveraging internal improvements as a key driver, they ensured that every position and every employee rigorously adheres to the “Three Nos, Three Preventatives, Three Enhancements” principles and implements standardized workshop production procedures.
Representatives from each workshop took to the stage to make a solemn pledge, voicing their determination and confidence in ensuring quality with confident, resounding voices full of passion, thereby inspiring all employees with the assurance and courage to achieve their goals.
Deputy General Manager Chen Xuhong and Chief Engineer Zhang Bo each offered comments and guidance on the company’s efforts to enhance process quality.
General Manager Cen Weifeng delivered a speech, emphasizing that we must better leverage the collective strengths of all employees, rigorously prioritize quality by refusing to accept, produce, or circulate nonconforming products, and adopt a “point‑to‑area” approach—starting with small tasks—while boldly shouldering responsibility and avoiding buck-passing.
