To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, mark the upcoming May Day and Youth Day holidays, enrich employees’ cultural and recreational lives, inspire a spirit of unity, progress, and dedication to work, and strengthen corporate cohesion, the company’s Trade Union and Youth League Committee organized the 2021 Employee Fun Sports Meet at the company basketball court on April 30.
This was the first time employees had held a sports meet on the new campus’s athletic grounds since the company relocated. The event featured a variety of competitions, including stationary basketball shooting, group rope skipping, fun relay races, team ball‑carrying sprints, men’s tug‑of‑war, and women’s tug‑of‑war. Departments formed joint teams to compete, leveraging their respective strengths to create powerful synergies and complement one another. Amid waves of cheers and encouragement, each team showcased youthful energy, passion, and vitality, while also highlighting the captains’ organizational skills and the team members’ collaborative spirit.
After fierce competition, the Manufacturing Equipment Lean Team, the Parts Heat-Treatment Team, and the Materials Control, Quality, and Sales Team secured first, second, and third place in the team event, respectively. While providing employees with a chance to unwind and enjoy themselves, the event also underscored the importance of teamwork in the workplace. Moving forward, all participants will approach their roles with enthusiasm and a strong sense of collaboration, striving to lead by example and achieve outstanding results.
