　　To strengthen supplier management, build a collaborative and win-win supply chain, and help suppliers continuously enhance their quality‑management capabilities to ensure product quality, the company recently held its 2014 Supplier Quality Management Training. A total of 24 suppliers sent representatives to attend, with training modules covering “2014 Quality Requirements of Major Automotive OEMs and Basic TS 16949 Requirements,” “Quality Awareness Training,” “Production Part Approval Process (PPAP),” “Product Quality Inspection,” “Process Quality Control,” “Nonconforming Product Management,” and “8D Problem‑Solving.” At the conclusion of the training, the company presented completion certificates to all participants. Through this program, suppliers gained a deeper understanding of the company’s quality requirements, grasped the fundamental principles of TS 16949, mastered the procedures and methodologies for product quality inspection and process quality control, heightened their quality awareness, and strengthened communication and collaboration between the company and its suppliers.
