Party Secretary and General Manager Cen Weifeng delivered a concluding address, commending the achievements of all lean‑management improvement initiatives in 2020. He called for upholding the “Three Ox” spirit: the sales team should continue to embody the pioneering “plow‑ox” spirit—bravely forging ahead, working diligently, and expanding market reach; the manufacturing system should exemplify the steadfast “old ox” spirit—showing resilience, enduring hardship, and pressing forward with unwavering determination; and the technical, quality, and administrative teams should adopt the selfless “servant‑ox” spirit—constantly innovating and serving with diligence. He further emphasized the need to deeply integrate Party building with production and operations—planning, deploying, advancing, and evaluating in tandem—and urged all Party members, cadres, and employees to roll up their sleeves and fight hard over the next 100 days, delivering concrete results as a tribute to the centenary of the Party’s founding.
