To further promote the lean management philosophy across the entire company, enhance employees’ lean awareness, deepen lean‑based improvements, and foster a lean‑focused corporate culture, the company launched its first Lean Management Theme Month in August, under the theme “Full‑Staff Participation, Continuous Improvement.”

Thanks to extensive promotional efforts, employees’ enthusiasm for lean improvement has increased significantly. In August, the Lean Management Department received a total of over 150 improvement proposals from all departments, covering areas such as safety, 5S, products, quality, processes, and costs. The implementation of these improvements has boosted employee productivity, reduced work intensity, and lowered production costs.

The Lean Management Theme Month has marked the first step in a new phase of lean implementation, helping all employees grasp the essence of lean thinking, master and apply lean management tools and methodologies, and achieve sustained improvements in operational performance. By translating lean principles into practical applications on the production floor and in the workplace, every employee is empowered to become a key driver of waste elimination and continuous improvement.
