Summary: On the afternoon of January 30, Tri-Ring Clutch Co., Ltd. held a grand annual summary and awards ceremony themed “Ride the Waves and Forge Ahead.” The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Yi Mingyan, with nearly one hundred attendees, including mid- and senior-level managers, department heads, and workshop team leaders and above.
On the afternoon of January 30, Tri-Ring Clutch Co., Ltd. held a grand annual summary and awards ceremony themed “Ride the Winds and Break the Waves, Carry Forward the Past and Usher in the Future.” The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Yi Mingyan, and was attended by nearly one hundred participants, including mid- and senior-level managers, department heads, and workshop team leaders and above.
Comrade Cen Weifeng, the company’s general manager, delivered the annual work report, which comprehensively summarized and reviewed the 2020 journey of the company’s cadres and employees—fighting the pandemic, ensuring relocation, and accelerating production. By analyzing the business targets that were not only met but exceeded, the report highlighted the substantial achievements attained through the unwavering dedication and hard work of all employees. At the same time, the report set forth the company’s operational goals and tasks for 2021 and laid out plans for talent development, market expansion, quality enhancement, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement. General Manager Cen emphasized that, in the new year, all efforts will remain firmly centered on “pragmatism and innovation,” with a results‑oriented approach and performance as the guiding principle.
At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Chen Xuhong read out the commendation decisions, under which a total of three teams and 20 employees were solemnly recognized—namely, the Group’s “Outstanding Teams” and “Star Employees,” as well as the company’s “Post‑Star” awardees and “Advanced Individuals in the Labor Competition.” In addition, Deputy General Manager Xiang Yanguo was presented with the Chairman’s Special Award, the most prestigious individual honor the company has ever bestowed. This recognition not only affirms the Group’s appreciation for the company’s sales performance in 2020 but also serves as a powerful incentive for all managers and employees.
