Summary: In response to the first Tri-Ring Youth English Speaking Competition hosted by the Group Company’s Communist Youth League Committee, the company held a preliminary round for its young employees in the training room on the afternoon of August 29. Eight contestants from various departments took part in the competition. Comrade Zhang Jun, Chairman of the Board, Comrade Xu Xiaoyan, Assistant to the General Manager, and Comrade Yu Hanhong, Deputy Chief Engineer, attended the event as judges. In addition, two faculty members from the School of Foreign Languages at Hubei Normal University were invited to serve as guest judges.

　　Competitors, under the theme “My Tri-Ring Dream—The Most Beautiful Youth is One of Striving,” skillfully used English to celebrate the company’s achievements, share their reflections on their work, and articulate their aspirations. Several participants also performed English songs, recited poetry, and played the guitar. Company leaders presented certificates of honor and cash awards to those who excelled in the competition, and the top three finishers will be selected to represent the company at the Tri-Ring Group’s national-level contest. At the conclusion of the event, Chairman Zhang offered his remarks, emphasizing that cultivating bilingual talent is a key component of the company’s internationalization strategy. He urged young employees to continuously enhance their learning, broaden their horizons, and contribute to the company’s growth.
