To enhance the legal awareness and overall competence of the company’s employees, on the afternoon of November 19, the company invited Attorney Zhou Shaochun from Huangshi Renben Law Firm to conduct a centralized legal‑knowledge training session for management personnel at the team leader level and above.
Attorney Zhou Shaochun provided an analysis of the provisions in the Labor Contract Law and the Criminal Law that are closely related to employees’ work and daily lives. He focused on the conclusion and termination of labor contracts, emphasizing that employees should comply with all company rules and regulations, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and at the same time fulfill their due obligations. Furthermore, by explaining the criminal thresholds for offenses under the Criminal Law—such as dangerous driving, embezzlement, bribery, misappropriation of funds, and theft—he urged employees to be law‑abiding, uphold professional ethics, and avoid crossing legal red lines due to a lack of legal knowledge.
Finally, Yi Mingyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, emphasized that precisely during a period of rapid corporate growth, all managerial personnel must place greater emphasis on studying laws and regulations, lead by example in all matters, and set an exemplary standard for compliance with laws and discipline.
