In 2020, the global COVID‑19 pandemic dealt a severe blow to the world economy. China successfully contained the epidemic, and its economic activity gradually returned to normal. As 2021 marked the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China’s economy demonstrated strong resilience and robust growth momentum, making it even more promising for the year ahead. At Tieliu Co., Ltd., the start of 2021 was exceptionally vigorous, with particularly strong growth across all business segments. The meeting was chaired by the company’s board secretary, Zhou Ying.

Mr. Cen Weifeng, General Manager of Tri-Ring Clutch, began by presenting the company’s first-half operational report on behalf of Tri-Ring’s subsidiaries. He reviewed the results achieved during the period and identified areas for improvement, covering business performance, the marketing system, the manufacturing system, the technical system, and the administrative system. In addition, the numerous accolades Tri-Ring has earned drew unanimous praise from all attendees. Building on this, Mr. Cen outlined the second-half work plan under the theme “Talent is the Core Element for the Successful Execution and Implementation of All Tasks,” stating that efforts will be focused on four key areas to strive toward and surpass this year’s overall objectives.

Fang Jian, Deputy General Manager of Tieliu, presented a mid-year business review on behalf of Tieliu Clutch. Mr. Fang commended the team’s concerted efforts in the first half of the year to meet a surge in orders and ensure timely delivery, highlighting achievements in operations, R&D, quality control, after-sales service, and digitalization. He also issued a call to action, urging all employees to approach their work with renewed enthusiasm, unwavering determination, and decisive measures; to unite as one, seize every moment, forge ahead with innovation, and strive tirelessly for the continued success of Tieliu.

Group Chairman Guo Ning presented the performance of each business segment across the group and outlined its future outlook. At the same time, he highlighted the shortcomings of the first half of the year and the challenges currently facing the company, urging all employees to firmly embrace the principle that “creating value for customers is the core of the factory of the future,” remain deeply rooted in manufacturing, and accelerate efforts to advance lean manufacturing and smart manufacturing.

Group Honorary Chairman Zhang Zhilin fully commended the outstanding achievements of Tieliu and Tri-Ring’s entire leadership team in the first half of the year, and, from a higher strategic perspective, called for a comprehensive enhancement of high-quality human resource development.
