Job Description:
1. Responsible for monitoring the APQP process for new products to ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements.
2. Responsible for handling customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis using tools such as 8D and 5 Whys, and organizing the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
3. Assist the Quality Manager in organizing the analysis and resolution of internal and external quality nonconformities, developing short- and long-term quality improvement plans, and overseeing their implementation and verification.
4. Participate in the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s quality management system, ensuring its effective operation and compliance with internal and external audits.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Proficient in using statistical tools, as well as the five major quality tools, including Minitab, APQP, and SPC.
3. Possesses successful project management experience;
4. Age under 45.
