Job Description:
1. Responsible for heat treatment process planning and the design of tooling and dies.
2. Responsible for reviewing and approving heat treatment process documentation throughout the new product development process, including process flowcharts, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
3. Participate in the negotiation and signing of technical agreements for outsourced heat‑treatment tooling and dies, as well as their acceptance; also participate in the commissioning, improvement, and acceptance of such tooling and dies.
4. Responsible for organizing the design optimization and improvement of heat treatment processes, including developing improvement plans and overseeing their implementation.
5. Responsible for proposing and implementing process‑based cost‑reduction initiatives in the heat‑treatment workshop.
6. Participate in product design reviews and provide improvement recommendations from a process‑design perspective.
7. Responsible for managing changes to heat‑treatment tooling and processes arising from process design modifications; responsible for developing heat‑treatment process design change proposals, and for organizing the evaluation, implementation, and follow‑up verification of such change plans.
8. Organize the collection of new industry technologies and processes related to the heat treatment of new products, and promote their adoption following assimilation.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a full-time program, majoring in metallurgical heat treatment, mechanical design and manufacturing with automation, materials forming and control engineering, or related fields;
2. At least 3 years of work experience;
3. Age under 45.
