Job Description:

Responsible for the detailed product design in new product development and existing‑product improvement processes, including the preparation of product drawings, material specifications, and engineering standards.
Participate in the design optimization and improvement of legacy products, and assist the Design Manager in developing and implementing improvement plans.
Assist the Design Lead Engineer in participating in process design reviews and provide improvement recommendations from a product design perspective.
Responsible for detailed drawing design and the preparation of relevant documentation during the product design change process; assists the Design Manager in conducting change verification activities; participates in process and manufacturing‑related design changes; provides technical support; and completes associated technical tasks.
Responsible for preparing design project documents throughout the project development process, including the bill of materials, the product special characteristics list, DFMEA, and the design verification plan and report.
For product‑related technical issues, assist the Design Manager in communicating with customers and provide pre‑sales, in‑sales, and post‑sales technical support.
Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives and provide technical support for products.
Assist the design lead engineer in providing real-time on-site support and technical assistance.

Job Requirements:

Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Automation, or related fields.
Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
