An honest employee returned a lost item, and integrity education has yielded outstanding results.

On the morning of July 8, after attending the department’s regular meeting, Comrade Xu Liang, an electric welder in the Equipment Engineering Department of the Clutch Company, found a wallet on the road in front of the company’s Technology Center. The wallet contained cash, personal belongings, and identification documents. He promptly turned it in to his department head, who then forwarded it to the company office. Upon reviewing the wallet’s contents, authorities identified the owner as a driver employed by one of the clutch company’s suppliers in Huangshi. After contacting the owner and verifying his driver’s license, vehicle registration, bank cards, and other personal details, the items were returned without question. The following day, the owner sent a letter of thanks, expressing gratitude for Comrade Xu Liang’s honest and principled act and commending the clutch company’s commitment to integrity.

On June 23, Comrade Shu Jian, Chairman and Party Secretary of Tri-Ring Group, led a delegation of senior group executives to our company for a fact-finding visit. Comrade Zhang Jun, Chairman of the company, Comrade He Zongjun, Chief Accountant, and Comrade Liang Xiaohong, Assistant to the General Manager, accompanied Chairman Shu and his team on a tour of the company’s production facilities and laboratories. On September 19, Zhou Xianwang, Secretary of the Huangshi Municipal Party Committee, accompanied by Deng Xinhua, Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee, and leaders from various municipal departments, paid a visit to our company for an on-site inspection and research. Led by Chairman and Party Secretary Zhang Jun, the delegation toured our production facilities and testing center, and listened to a briefing on the company’s operations and business performance. Secretary Zhou commended the company’s progress in production and management, and encouraged it to submit opinions and suggestions to the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government, and relevant authorities, so as to help address existing challenges and difficulties, enhance services for enterprises, and promote the stable economic development of our city.

To promote the implementation of policy-based management and enhance communication among enterprises, on September 11, the Lean Management Office of Tri-Ring Group convened a policy‑management exchange meeting at our company. Attendees included representatives from the Group’s Lean Management Office, as well as Company Assistant General Manager Liang, and colleagues from Tri-Ring Electrical Appliances, Tri-Ring Industrial Plastics, Tri-Ring Hanqi, Tri-Ring Forging & Pressing, Tri-Ring Foundry, Tri-Ring Steering Gear, and Mahle.

The company has organized gynecological and cancer‑screening examinations for female employees of childbearing age.

To demonstrate the company’s care for its female employees, from June 5 to 10, the company arranged for women of childbearing age to undergo gynecological and cancer‑screening examinations at the Huangshi Maternal and Child Health Hospital. These health check-ups help ensure early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of gynecological conditions. Conducting gynecological screenings and providing hygiene supplies to female employees is one of the practical, beneficial initiatives the company undertakes annually for its staff.

Mei Hansheng, General Manager of the Group Company, paid a visit to our company for a fact-finding tour.

On November 20, Comrade Mei Hansheng, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tri-Ring Group, together with Comrade Song Bin, Chief Accountant, Comrade Yang Yuehua, Chief Engineer, and other leaders from the Group’s Finance Department, Business Management Department, Planning and Development Department, Office, and other units, paid a visit to our company to conduct a fact-finding mission on its production and operations. Comrade Mei and his delegation held a symposium with the company’s leadership team, during which Chairman Zhang Jun reported on the company’s 2014 production and business performance and outlined the company’s objectives for 2015. Comrade Mei commended the company’s achievements in 2014 and issued important instructions for its work in 2015.
